Can I cancel anytime?

You sure can. Just send us a notice by email to [email protected] and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I use online mail service for my personal mail?

Yes you can. While many of our customers are on extended trips we are receiving their mail where we toss the junk and forward the good stuff.

Can I get a physical mailbox at your location?

Yes, we have a limited number of mailboxes at our center and there are additional fees associated with this service. Give us a call at 479-319-2200 or schedule a tour and we will explain the details.

How will I know when I receive mail?

When we receive mail on your behalf, we will put the details of each parcel into your online mail account, the system will then notify you by email that you have mail. 

What handling choices do I have with my regular mail?

With envelope mail, you have the choice of having it scanned, forwarded to you via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, marked as junk, shredded, or you can pick it up in person.
