In a move aimed at serving the business community both inside and outside of NWA WORKPLACES’ coworking membership, the flex-space operator is launching a series of informative sessions for entrepreneurs, business owners, and would-be businesspeople, designed to inform, educate, and connect people within the the local NWA entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The first event on May 11 at 3pm is a collaboration with Startup Junkie and Martha Londagin, Executive Consultant with the Startup Junkie Foundation, titled “Getting Your Business Off the Ground”. Attendance is by pre-registration via Eventbrite. The location is 3604 NW Frontage Rd, Suite 6, in Bentonville.
Other planned topics include estate planning for business owners with attorney Dequeshia Prude, and a series on business fundamentals for self-employed tradespeople led by NWA Workplaces President Jon Cadieux.
Of these events, Community Manager Cynthia Maggard says, “These events are perfect for anyone looking to start a business or side hustle, grow their existing business, or learn something new to enhance their existing skill set.”
Cadieux adds, “Traditional education is not the only path to success. I’m looking forward to sharing the business skills I learned and found most useful as a home builder, contractor, and sales and marketing professional, which I hope will be especially helpful during this time of massive growth in Northwest Arkansas.”
