According to the Small Business Administration, companies with 500 employees or fewer make up 99.9% of all businesses in the US.
It can be hard to tell locally, since we live in a town built by the largest private employer in America, but think for a moment how one division of that company, Sam’s Club, was designed solely to serve small business, like restaurants, offices, freelancers and sole proprietors. Seen through that lens, it’s no wonder the company is so successful when the data shows, 99.9% of all businesses are potential customers.

The world of work is changing, and our coworking business model allows employees with hybrid work or remote work flexibility the option of a day office or hot desk on days when distractions at home are too great. Snacks are only $1, and there is a restaurant on-site open four days a week offering salads, sandwiches and flatbreads.
