What is a virtual office, you ask?
Simply stated, a Virtual Office is a way to set up a business presence with a minimal investment of time, money, and resources.
Virtual Offices, or “VOs” are used by digital nomads, entrepreneurs, tradespeople, or anyone who doesn’t want to use their home address for their business (which should be everyone).
Not only does this look more professional to prospective clients and creditors, but it keeps your personal life and business life separate. Additionally, by keeping the curious away from your home and family, you avoid unnecessary complications if interests clash or disagreements arise.
When you sign up for a virtual office with NWA Workplaces, you get a real street address in Bentonville, NOT a PO box, just blocks away from Walmart Home Office. We’ll sort your mail, toss the junk, and scan or forward the good stuff, leaving you time to focus on growing and managing your business.
If you travel, your mail can be sent to you at intervals of your choosing. Just update us with your address. Or, if you prefer, we can open and scan your mail, turning it into a PDF that is immediately available to you via our app, Spheremail.
For the locals, our VO service gives you access to meeting rooms, day offices, drop in workstation access, and copy and printing services. You’re also welcome to help yourself to our free beverage service, open to all Members of NWA Workplaces.
