Why September is the Best Time for a Fresh Start

Now that the kids are back in school and settled into a routine, have you given any thought to getting yourself into something new? Maybe you’re wanting to start a new workout, but having kids home for the summer was stopping you. Or you have been interested in a new hobby, but summer activities ate most of your extra time.

The start of a new school year is a great time to start something new. Even if you don’t have kids or are well out of school. September marks the beginning of a new season and the closing of an old one, so the symbolism is strong. Even non-academic calendars can be purchased with a September start date, so if you think the New Year is the only time to make Resolutions, ditch that old way of thinking and start making some plans.

If you need further encouragement to use September as the start of a new Era, check out Cal Newport’s podcast on why September is the best time for a reset.

If you need to get serious about being productive at work, but your chosen work spot isn’t working out, why not give coworking a try? NWA Workplaces is not a glorified coffee shop. We have designated quiet and private spaces for you to concentrate and get your deep work done, without the distractions you’ll find at home or when working in public.

Reasonable printing is included in the price, as is stable internet. We have tons of parking by the door, and we’re right on the Razorback Greenway.

Check out some of the spots featured here, and if something looks like the kind of place you’d like to be during the day, let us know. We have plans to fit every budget, from $20 for a day pass, to $1200 for a large team office.
