MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Ali and Brent Stinespring of G4 Real Estate

Based out of our Frontage Rd/ Bella Vista location for going on 3 years now, Brent and Ali Stinespring of G4 Real Estate have been part of the Bella Vista community for more than two decades, raising children here and being involved in the local art scene before turning to Real Estate, just in time to guide sellers, buyers, investors, and renters through the vastly changed landscape Northwest Arkansas real estate has become.

Prior to becoming an Agent, Ali was involved in the burgeoning art gallery scene in downtown Bentonville on the Square at a time when there was not much happening there. Brent was a grade-school educator at the newly-opened Cooper Elementary.

It was also around this time that mountain biking was starting to take hold in Bentonville. There were already quite a few trails around Blowing Springs, used mainly by runners and hikers. The Stinesprings became instrumental in growing the trail system, lobbying an early-stage trail advocacy group NWA Trailblazers, to connect trails from the residential areas around Blowing Springs to these larger arteries, thus enabling riders to access the trails in Slaughter Pen, without crossing a major road.

Of course, this was well before Coler, Little Sugar, and the Back 40 were even a glimmer in anyone’s eye.

Anymore, we consider trail access a God-given right in Bentonville and Bella Vista, but without these early actions, outdoor recreation in NWA might look very different than it does now.

Brent is the most recent past-president of the Friends of Arkansas Single Track (FAST - formerly Friends at Slaughterpen Trails) trail advocacy group leadership committee, and is part of the FAST mountain Bike Patrol group.

Ali leads G4s efforts in rentals, and is available as both Seller’s Agent or Buyer’s Agent.
